The dense concentration of these facilities often catches pedestrians and vehicles off guard. Additionally, insufficient safety awareness among some individuals, illegal operations conducted beneath power lines, and inadequate warning measures for the lines are major contributing factors to various grid safety incidents such as grounding, short circuits, and broken wires. These incidents not only severely compromise the safe operation of power lines but also inflict substantial economic losses on power utilities and endanger the lives and property of the public.

II. Working Principle

The device primarily consists of a warning sign, solar panel, speaker, infrared sensor, RFID smart inspection unit, and integrated control circuit, which triggers audible and visual alarms. Utilizing a flashing light strip combined with light-guiding material, the warning sign flashes at night to alert approaching individuals to maintain a safe distance. When the infrared human presence sensor is inactive, the system can be programmed to automatically sound the siren at fixed intervals to alert individuals moving nearby.
